Abstract: 

This research is intended to identify and assess the factors affecting Islamic brandy in Iranian industries in order to present a conceptual framework for attending the global markets. The research follows an exploratory combined method, conducted directly in two qualitative and quantitative phases. Interviewing 14 experts by profound semi-structured, academics scholars and professors of marketing, branding and Islamic branding fields through a combination of purposeful judgment and snowball sampling method, the researchers identified and categorized components of the Islamic branding and factors influencing it for achieving the research objectives. Then, in the quantitative phase, a descriptive survey method was employed and a researcher-made questionnaire was developed. The views and ideas of 328 marketing managers and experts were collected from 60 Islamic companies. The data was then analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software. The results of the research from interviewing the experts led to the identification of three main components including approaches, opportunities and challenges of the Islamic branding and the factors that affected it.

Abstract: 

The market theory is Islamic if it is compatible with Islamic principles and principles based on Islamic norms and with the "method of deducing Islamic economic theory" from the book and tradition. This market is characterized by: "adherence to Sharia", "rule of ethics", "honesty" and "guidance, policy, and government supervision". The economic man in this market, as a demander, has chosen the criterion of "indulgent, voluntary, true and lasting pleasure" and as a producer seeks "to obtain a fair solvent profit for the cost of the family and to perform religious and social duties." The economic man in this market allocates his limited resources and capacities well, per Islamic positive and negative values ​​, and with respect for the rights of others. The three strategic principles derived from Islamic norms, namely 'observance of values', 'livelihood', and 'social Islamic insurance "Takaful" ', which are manifested in 'spirituality', 'growth', and 'justice', respectively, are coordinated and synergistic, simultaneously. Therefore, with the basics that act as infrastructure, they affected the behaviors and consequently the positive segment of the market and they cause this market to be more stable and more efficient than the market of complete competition depending on the degree of compliance with Sharia, governance of ethics and guidance, policy-making and government supervision.

Abstract: 

One of the major issues in Islamic economics is the quality of determining the price of goods and services in the market. In the normal conditions of the market, there is no consensus among the Shiite and Sunni jurisprudents on the market, but in special economic conditions such as hoarding, collusion and monopoly, there is a controversy between the jurisprudents of the Imams and Sunni scholars. After searching in the jurisprudential books, six promises can be found in the problem, all of which are based on the general rules and customary narratives of the pricing; But the question is, is it possible to preserve the natural conditions of the market? Does the pricing of the marketplace not be one of the methods of market surveillance and thus not preserving the natural conditions of the market? Also, some Sunni jurisprudents believe that the philosophy of pricing is that the market is to be tempered and that it applies to all the goods needed by the people. These ambiguities require a re-examination of the pricing issue in the Islamic market. Therefore, this paper analytically and by referring to the authentic jurisprudential books of the Imams and Sunni people, concludes in the end that by referring to some general rules, the rule of preservation of the system, the rule of co-operation, the rule of law and the rule of Ehsan, as well as Relying on the rationale, it can be concluded that the ruler, in the normal conditions of the market.

Abstract: 

Values of western culture have combined with economics in different delicate methods. These values play an important role in theories. Three principles including: observation of values, efficient allocation of resources and brotherhood (friendship and understanding between people) can be concluded from Islamic solutions on demand. Although economic subjects have the potentials of accepting new methods but regarding the rules govern the behavior of an economical Muslim man, a little change can be made in the concepts related to the literature of capitalist economy to present the discussion.The principles of brotherhood, economy and avoidance of merrymaking (or efficient allocation of resources) make people tend to use basic necessities where they are limited and not more available, i.e.; people from different social classes, on low or high income, are inclined to buy particular goods and commodities.Stabilizing the conditions, the level below the curve of a Muslim demand graph is less than a non-Muslim one in regard to the level below the curve, but the level below the curve on a demand graph in Islamic market is more in regard to the highly - competitive market. If prices exceed the purchasing power of consumer in regard to the basics for living, the Islamic government or people on high income can pay for, through donations to reach to the utility level. In other word, the effects of income, in two levels of prices, based on the high amount of consuming (waste) and lowest amount of consuming (living necessities).

Abstract: 

Introduction: The historic revival of the political Islam late 1970s and the establishment of the Islamic Republic in Iran as an unprecedented form of government has attracted many international scholars for four decades. From the very beginning of this socio-political transition in Iran, the status of women and their rights and empowerment have been of high priority under an Islamic government. The Islamic Republic has become an enabling force to bring an exceptional opportunity for Iranian women to acknowledge their position in individual and social capacities. Simultaneously, the definition of womanhood and women’ s social mission and role taking has changed a lot based on new Islamic cultural values and laws in the Islamic Republic. In parallel, some new and different interpretations came to surface in particular during Mohammad Khatami’ s presidency and under the title of dynamic jurisprudence was giving way to Islamic feminism. Islamic feminists claim to re-interpret Quran and the Prophet’ s Sunnah in terms of modern gender equality and women’ s socio-political participation. However, “ Islamic” and “ feminism” sounds paradoxical to many critics, “ Islamic feminism” is a named phenomenon and a theorized body of knowledge that got its climax in 1990s as it sounds to remain significant in the 21st century. Method: The present study is an attempt to seize the focal discursive nodes of Islamic feminism regarding both academic and journalistic literature with acknowledging the fact that many of the current Islamic feminists are not even located in Iran as they produce and publish such knowledge in European and American universities. The present study, thus, addresses various academic and journalistic publications to unveil the focal nodes that constructs the discourse of Islamic feminism in Iran. It has covered a vast literature including 40 articles, book chapters and books in the Islamic feminism genre to unveil its discursive construction in Iran. It employs Laclau and ouffe’ s approach to critical discourse analysis: it finds the most frequent concepts that imply the re-reading of Islam in terms of gender equality and women’ s rights and empowerment. Results and discussion: The study indicates that Islamic feminism that has developed in response to the political Islam discursively focuses on four major themes, including a) criticizing the Islamic Republic for reductionism in women’ s identity into the domestic and communal roles, b emphasis on human dignity to achieve the legal equality, c) demand on halting gender-based discriminatory legislature, and finally, d fostering women’ s participation in civil society. Conclusion: To provide a compatible version of Islam with women’ s modern needs and wishes is a dilemma with which many Muslim scholars and activists are faced. Islamic feminists in Iran challenge the pervasive narrative of womanhood post Revolution since they believe it has undermined women’ s position as individuals and reinforced men’ s power and control over women. Studies such as the present one paves the way for a vigorous dialogue between Islam and modernity in the field of gender. It draws the complex status of modern Muslim women in border thinking between Islam and modernity.

Abstract: 

This paper by modeling the behavior of economic agents in an Islamic economy and develop a general equilibrium model investigates the capital market equilibrium in an Islamic Economy. Accordingly, have tried to determine the capital market regulator variable, by determine the affecting factors on supply and demand of capital in an economy without interest. According to result, in compared with an economy with interest, that determined exogenous interest rates in the money market is regulator for capital market, variable profit sharing ratio of families in the productive partnership is earned as a capital market endogenous regulator variable in an economy without interest. Also in this article, capital market equilibrium point, maximum production point of producers is obtained, which means more investment in an economy interest-free to the economy is with interest.

Abstract: 

Natural resources have an important role in the countries economy. Land is one of these resources which exist in different economic sectors and recession or boom in this market affect on other markets. The scarcity of this input in the one hand and the increasing population and demand in different economic sectors and also speculative demand for land on the other hand has highlighted its importance. Studying this resource in an Islamic economic system contains explaining demand and supply and the role of government policies.Policy making has been facilitated on the supply side of land in prosperity and construction. Different markets of selling, Ijarah and Waqf has varied land discussions in an Islamic economics. It has been studied the effective factors on the structure of land market in this essay. Ownership institution has been supposed as an important factor in this study which affect on land market. Demander and supplier incentives are another matter that would study in continuance. Some part of study contains different markets of these factors. This study would be an effective stage to recognize demand and supply curves for price determination in land market in an Islamic economics.
